My son has an Inspire 2 watch and recently the screen began to become more and more dim over a week or two period. It's now so dim that it can't even be seen in the dark. I previously made sure to check the Dim and Sleep settings, so I know those two items are not the cause. It seems as though the display itself has just completely faded. In the dark, you can see a faint display on the top and bottom edge. Anyone else have a similar experience?

@Gall22 Have you tried restarting it? That's usually the first thing I do when I encounter unexpected behavior from my Fitbit.
If that doesn't help, you might consider changing the watch face. Sometimes that will cause the display to start working properly again. If that fixes the problem, you can change it back to the preferred watch face afterwards.

@alexthecat thanks for sending your suggestions. I tried each of these items last night, but the display is still not showing. It's now too dim to read even in the dark.

@Gall22 I'm sorry to hear that. Do you know how long he has had his Inspire 2?

I also have a Inspire 2. I have to talked to numerous tech from Fitbit. Most have no idea what they are talkijg about. There is no Dim setting on our two units. They told me you don't have to hold both side to open the unit. They told me just go to 'Settings' and then to the 'Dim setting. This Unit does NOT have a Dim Setting. It des have a Quick Settings and they had no idea what that was or where it is. They will not replace the new unit.
Never again and tell every one what Fitbit is.

@BHJH here is a video that shows how to enable and disable the Dim setting on the Inspire 2: click here
That is exactly how it works on my Inspire 2.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Patwalker. I'm sorry to hear that you need to go to your clothes closet to view your Inspire 2 screen.
Could you please confirm that you have restarted your tracker and changed the clock face?
