My display turns off while recharging. How do I keep it on. And where on my fitbit app does it show the battery recharging?

Hi @Chizuka .

 

The display should work normal when charging. You can use your mobile device or computer to see the same information on your Inspire 2. Just on the dashboard it says the battery and if it is charging (if your syncing). You also can see some information in the Inspire 2 settings (by selecting on your profile).
