Inspire 2 display went black

I have been using the Inspire 2 for the last few months. Suddenly, my Inspire 2 display went blank. I have tried to reset it but cant see anything "smiling face" . However, I felt the vibration of the Inspire 2 while resetting, but still cannot see anything on the display....please advise

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding the Inspire 2. Sorry to know the experience.

Please restart your Inspire 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you for your response. I have tried to restart the device as suggested in the link, but no luck.I cannot change the face because my screen went blank. Due to this, I am unable to see the code to connect my watch.

Could you please advise where I can send it for repair? I am currently living in Karachi, Pakistan.

Same thing happened to me two weeks ago.  I kept wearing, charging and resetting and changing clock faces and I finally got it to work yesterday.

Don't give up trying as long as you see the faces, the green lights are on and it still gives you the results on the app.
