Inspire 2 does not accurately track heart rate during exercise

Inspire 2 does not accurately track heart rate during exercise. I have tried wearing it tight, loose, higher on my arm, lower on my arm, on the outside of my forearm, on the inside of my forearm, but it still just gives me 90, maybe 100 bpm.

Is there any way to get the Inspire 2 to track my actual heart rate while exercising, instead of just a random number it pulls out of a hat?

If you haven't done so, I recommend that you try restarting the device, as this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
