Inspire 2 does not give me a stress management score

My Inspire 2 does not give me a stress management score. The only time I take it off is to shower or to charge. I can log how I am feeling. Does anyone else have this issue?

Hello @SunsetRunner

In order to see your stress management score you must:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day and night. In the morning, sync your device and check your score.

  • Take at least 500 steps during the day.

  • Make sure your device can track your heart rate.

More information on tracking Stress Management can be found here:https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2077.htm

Because your heart rate is needed to track stress management check to make sure that your Inspire 2 is set to On Wrist modeWhen the Inspire 2 is set to On Clip mode , certain features are turned off, including heart-rate tracking, automatic exercise tracking, and Active Zone Minutes.

If your definitely in On Wrist mode and your still having issues I’d suggest restarting your Inspire 2 to see if that helps: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

Hopefully this helps. Please let me know
