Inspire 2 does not notify when I reach my daily goal

Had an Inspire HR that died, so I bought an Inspire 2. I can't seem to get it to notify me when I reach my daily goal of 6.5 miles. What settings need to be changed? I saw that DND has to be off, but what is the "Exercise" option? Does that need to be on? No clue here.

Hello @Ray_Allen and welcome to the Community.  I think (hope) this is the answer.  It's possible that your main goal got switched when you changed devices.  Tap on your profile picture on your app dashboard, then your Inspire 2 tile.  Go down to Main Goal and make sure it is set to distance.  I say this because I have to change the hand dominance every time I change devices.

That "Exercise" option is your Exercise app.  You use the Exercise app to track specific exercises.  There is a bright pink How To Use option on the same page where you set your main goal.  Browse through it to get more familiar with your new Inspire 2.

Thanks for replying LZeeW! Yes, that did happen but I knew about it and changed it back to distance a couple days ago. I've rebooted the device a few times too.

Me too! In spite of repeated contacts on the chat help, & following instructions,  - - resetting Bluetooth, “forgetting “ the device & re-installing, the Dashboard shows that reminders are on, & step goal celebration shows active, - -but  neither the reminder nor celebration show on the device. Time, steps, heart rate do.  Frustrating, since I need all possible encouragement.
