Inspire 2 does not show data - no sleep, no days of exercise for the week,

My app updates but my Inspire 2 does not show data for sleep (says no data), days of exercise in the week and something that says no score.  Looks like Apple watch will be coming up soon. 😞

NO need for an Apple Watch! You just need to sync!!!

I had that problem too, but turns out, my Inspire 2 was too far away from my device to sync! Now, your Inspire 2 does track your sleep even if it says "No data", you just need to sync to change it.

It also tracks other things but they need to basically be "converted" to display the amount you worked out, and your sleep score (yes, the "no score" thing is your sleep score).

not sure how to synch  they dont make it simple

Umm. Syncing is pretty simple. Just go to the app, click on your account profile (in your case a person with a sky blue background), choose the device, and click sync.

It also syncs every 15 mins or so I think. Also, your Fitbit and the device you have the Fitbit app on has to be in a 100-foot range.

Hope this helped.

I sync all the time. My phone is in my hand, right next to my Fitbit. It doesn’t change a thing.

Huh. Well, make sure your Bluetooth is always on, which it probably is, and I guess there's a sensor problem or something? There also is no guarantee that Apple Watch is better than Fitbit.

@French_Fries !Nice to see you around. Thank you for your help and tips.

@pleaseeee @French_Fries ! A warm welcome to the Community! Than you for your efforts and information.

@Judy_C :  Please follow out these steps, you have already done some, but the order is important:

  • Make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app.
  • Restart your Inspire 2 .How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  • Please on the mobile phone, go to Settings> Bluetooth, and remove all connections that there are with the tracker. (Forget, ignore or unpair the device depending on the version of the mobile phone's operating system)
  • Turn off the bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn the bluetooth on again, but DO NOT try to connect to the tracker from here.

  • Go to the app. From here, try to sync the tracker again .

Hope this helps

This worked for me. Thanks!

The watch face no longer lights up when I rotate my wrist and it doesn’t respond when I push the side button to try to reactivate it. Also several weeks ago my Zone Minutes stopped working. I have synced, turned off Bluetooth and phone and then restarted them according to your instructions here, but nothing I’ve tried makes any difference. I do have Assurion coverage but am trying to avoid the hassle of that process. Can you help?

@Hubblanc , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message and great news. I'm glad that the information helped you.

@husker2cat , Thank you for your message and for trying the steps recommended.

Does the tracker light up when you tap on it?

If so, can you move the screen between menus?

If positive, please swipe until you see the settings, and tapp on it again.

Verify there that the don;t disturb and sleep settings are off. To change them, just tap on it.

See you around.
