I have call support twice... email several time... but no one can fit the problem. The Fitbit vibrate, to tell me I have a message... but it doesn't tell me the message or how it is from. Is their anyone out their how can fix the problem or is the a lost cause. I have a pixel 2 phone.

I have the same problem. the Inspire2 does not vibrate when i receive txt msgs on my Iphone. contacted chat and said they will get back to me by email. all other vibrates work, phone calls, mail, even calender. I get txt from weather, friends, junk, but will not vibrate on messages. Phone is set up properly as well. All basics on inspire2 were covered in the chat. thanks for any help. I bought is to have specifically to be notified for calls and messages.

I have the same issue, just bought the Inspire2. everything else seems to work but that. No vibration either

Since you're getting the notification but your Inspire 2 is showing the text of it. I would like you to verify the following settings:
If you have a iPhone, check the instructions on this article as they could vary.

I see where your disappointment is coming from, let me help you sort this out. Please restart your Inspire 2 and set it up as a new device, once you've done this set the notifications again.

How did you do that I have been trying for hours for it to work and it never works
