My new inspire 2 is not tracking my sleep, heart rate or any of the health metrics functions. So far I'm not enjoying this item. I have a Pixel 7 phone.

This is not my first Fitbit but it is the first one that hasn't worked properly from the get go. 🤔😟

Thanks for responding @QueenCanuck and for letting me know about how was your tracker set.

Probably you mean Spo2 reading on Charge 4. See your nightly SpO2 data in your daily stats:

  1. Check your daily stats: Swipe up from the clock face.
  2. Swipe up to find the Oxygen Saturation or SpO2 tile. You see your most recent average resting SpO2 level.

It may take around an hour for your SpO2 values to appear after you wake up. The tile shows data for your most recent sleep session. If your sleep session is split into 2 separate logs or you take a long nap, the tile updates to show data for the most recent sleep session.

Welcome to the forums @QueenCanuck.

I'm sorry to know about the issue that you are experiencing with the device.

Before considering other options, make sure if the device is set for “On wrist” and not “On clip”.

If it is set to On Clip, heart rate will not be available and therefore sleep will not be tracked. To check this, squeeze your Inspire 2 and that should bring up the settings menu.  Tap and scroll to find On clip/ on wrist and make sure that On wrist is activated.

Well holy moly....it was ' on clip'. There was no mention of that in
anything I searched online.

Thank you very much...now I'll see if it works.

Well gosh...it was in fact set as 'on clip'....there was no mention of that in anything I read.

Now I'll get to see if this works. According to everything I've read, the only function different from my charge 4 is no Co2 reading....am I correct in my understanding?
