When I first got my Inspire 2 everything was working.  Now all that it does is track my steps. Doesn't track sleep, heart, exercise. 

 

Is this a software issue or what? And how can it be resolved? As of now the device is a waste of money. 

 

Help!!!!

Could be that you accidentally got into clip mode, which turns off heart rate which would explain all.

Press both side buttons a few seconds to get to quick seconds; make sure it is on wrist, not clip, mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
