My inspire 2 just randomly stopped turning on and working, every time I try to turn it on a smiley face appears and nothing else, I’ve restarted it and charged it over night but still nothing.

sounds like you're having the same issue that a bunch of us are. battery just drains out quickly and you get the smiley face. Since it's happening to a handful of people at the same time, I'm thinking this is a firmware issue (my last ios update for this app was 5/27) since nothing else has changed and this was a rather abrupt thing. They will advise you to try their 'best practices' for charging but none of those suggestions will work.
