Hi there, I'm trying to re-pairing my inspire 2, but when it goes to the matching page which I need to input the 4-digit pin shown on the device into the app, I am not able to do so as it stuck on the first digit .
My phone is Iphone SE2 , most updated ios

I have found the solution by myself which is to change the app's language to English instead of other languages ( it was Chinese in my case), I guess this issue is due to the capability of input interface between ios and the Fitbit app.

Hi there @Vincentli and @remarithalei! Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you @Vincentli for letting us know about the situation you're having trying to pair your Inspire 2 and for the video.
Have you tried to restart your phone and Fitbit, to delete the Fitbit app and to log out/in?
I suggest you try the steps from this article too: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi,
thank you for your reply, I have tried every steps you mentioned.
I also tried to pair with the other iphone SE of mine, it has the same issue.
However, I can successfully paired it with my ipad.
So I guess it is the compatibility issue of iphone SE and Fitbit's app.
