Inspire 2 fitbit swimming

If I press waterlock the timer starts before I get in the pool.  I then can t turn the lock off when I want to see how much I ve swum.  It carries on while in the shower.  Today I took the fitbit off when I stopped swimming and it still kept going.

Hi @Sallie123 when I read the user manual, it looks like the Water Lock function is separate from the manual exercise mode. Your tracker also has the ability to auto track swim while doing selected strokes. 

Yes removing the tracker, without turning off the swim mode, your tracker will continue tracking swim.

The problem is that I cant get  anything on the screen to turn off the swim mode or the water lock.   It logged my time in the shower and changing room before I could access the screen again.

Also, the first day I had it, it logged my sleep beautifully and everything came up on my phone showing when I was awake, REM etc etc.The following 3 nights nothing  has come up on my phone.  It is synced and I ve done everything suggested to rectify this.

Trying to get my Inspire 2 not of Swim mode is Stressing me out!  I can get it unlocked…. Which u have to lock it to shower!  Can it be locked w/o Swim Mode?   I have been stuck in it twice now!  Can’t get to the Finish screen today ….. now I am seeing quick settings which I have never seen before…. Afraid I have punched it too many times!
