Inspire 2 for 11 year old

Hi I bought an inspire 2 for my 11 year old for his run training. We tried to set it up on his phone but we’re told he needed a child account. I set him up as a child on my account but when I went to connect the device there is only a list of 3 ACE children’s trackers. So now in order to get it set up I have added the device to my account but this is wrong. He has strava etc so we really wanted to be able track his performance. Have I done this wrong. What should I have done instead. It really shouldn’t be this complicated.

Hi @Tamezo1 the Ace 3 is the only device made for children under the age of 13 (USA) or 16 (some European countries) so the Inspire 2 can't be used for an 11 year old on a family account. Adding it to your account will alter your stats as you can only wear and track one Fitbit on your account at one time.
