My original and now my NEW inspire HR continues to freeze about 10 steps from my goal. I tried all the fixes on the old one to no avail. I bought a new one because the old was not holding a charge. The new one again freezes just like the old one. No matter where I set my goal it freezes about 10 steps from goal. It eventually restarts but that’s no comfort. Why is this happening and what is my fix? Restarting it or emptying it and starting again do not work.

Hi @Peg541,
Are you talking about the Inspire HR or the Inspire 2? Your post says one tracker, yet your title says another. I want to be sure that your post ends up in the right place so you can get the best response.
In the meantime, have you tried a factory reset ?

Ok cool, I'll move your post over so you can get the correct information.
Looks like it was already moved over.

Factory reset didn’t work with the original Fitbit and not with this new one either. Eventually it reverts back to freezing. Yes. It’ll finish out my day counting but it consistently freezes about 10 steps short of my goal.
