Inspire 2 got hot and now isn’t working

After charging my Inspire 2, it grew uncomfortably hot on my wrist. I removed it and saw that the screen isn’t responding and green lights aren’t on. It won’t respond to being on the charger and won’t sync. It’s now cooled down and isn’t working at all.

Mine did the same. I tried to reboot and it will not reboot. So irritated about it right now

Yeah, mine seems to be toast this morning. I’ve had it only 6 months!

My Inspire 2 got really hot too. Fitbit said no recall on this model but it’s really a safety hazard to have them heat up like that. So glad I was awake so I caught it before it caused a burn.

Mine did the same but woke me up by burning my wrist.

I had the same issue. It overheated whilst on holiday. Was only 30 degrees, the green light stayed on permanently and burned my wrist. I called them and I have received a full refund but they won’t replace it. Wondering if it’s similar to Ionic which has been recalled owing to burns. When you get through they are very efficient - good luck.
