Inspire 2 green light is continuously on

The heartrate green light on my Inspire 2 suddenly is continuously on. I do not mean continuously blinking, but continuously on solid green and drains the battery, that previously lasted several days, in a matter of hours. I have tried changing it from “on wrist” to “clip” but even that does not turn the light off. I am hoping someone can please help me.I have tried restarting, rebooting, unpairing and repairing and nothing has worked.

Can you please help me

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue related to the green lights of your Inspire 2. This is not the experience wanted for our customers, and I understand your feelings about it. 

I was able to confirm that you contacted support. In that sense, I suggest you stay in touch with them, as they have more tools to help you find your options.
