Inspire 2 heart rate inaccurate & stops tracking exercise

Hi there,

I have been struggling with these problems for a few months.

1. When I am indoor cycling, sweating for 20min, it shows my heart rate 60 - 70.

2. I manually start tracking exercise (outdoor biking, workout, etc.) on Inspire 2, and later when I see it, it's stopped, showing the home screen. 

Both problems happened several times, could you help?

When exercising the movement on your arms could affect the behavior on your tracker. For instance, the cuff may touch the display. 

The restart helps in this case too. Please let me know how it is going.
