I do not understand about tiles. I cannot get my heart app to work. It worked for one day and now it won’t. I don’t know how to turn it on I’m going around in circles   Help xx

@Robmiz , Nice to see you around. 

Hold both buttons on the Inspire 2 pushed until you see the Quick settings. 

 

Make sure that your Inspire 2 is set to Wrist and not on Clip . 

To change the setting just tap on it.

Hi there, @thetinakelly. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

Please note the heart rate on your Inspire 2 is turned on automatically. To make sure it's, on your device, open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting On.

If the above doesn't describe your issue, may you please provide me with more details about what you meant by tiles? Are you looking at the heart rate tile on your Fitbit app? For more information about the Fitbit app, see How do I use the Fitbit app?

I'm having the same problem same device. Don't see the option to turn on the heart monitor.

I followed Juanfitbit advise and it worked.  Somehow my Fitbit changed to clip. I switched it to wrist using settings.
