Inspire 2 heart rate tracking issue

I'm no longer seeing the Heart Rate setup in my settings app for my Inspire 2.  I no longer have the green LED light flashing on the backside.  When I swipe to see my active heart rate it is gray with nothing listed.  I do see my resting heart rate.  Any suggestions?  This Inspire 2 has been giving me problems from the get go.  I received this as a gift in January 2021.  

Any suggestions will be appreciate.

@JEM26 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the heart rate tracking issue that your Inspire 2 has experienced.  By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. In case the issue persists, contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
