Inspire 2 heart zone alerts

I have done everything I can think of to turn off the heart zone activity alerts from buzzing me and they won’t stop. There is nothing in the settings on the device that gives me the ability to turn it off. I see:

water lock

DND

sleep

screen wake

on wrist

I don’t want to do DND bc I do want the alert when someone calls me. I’m not even sure if that will stop the zone alerts, anyway.

How do you get these SUPER annoying buzzes to go away????

It is on the Inspire 2 itself, Settings app, Heart Zone Notifications.

As I mentioned, I do not have that setting on the device. The list of options in settings is above.

I believe you are looking at the "Quick Settings" by pressing the 2 side buttons simultaneously.  That is not the same thing as the full "Settings".  Quick Settings is a quick way to get to a few of the more commonly used settings. But Settings has several more options.  It is a separate app, but I don't have an Inspire 2 so I can't tell you exactly how to get to it, probably with the other apps, with a gear symbol.
Here are some of the other options in the full Setting menu:
