Inspire 2 is deal

I purchased the Inspire 2 in March of 2021 (15 months ago) and it has been great. The battery last for many days.  Over the weekend, I noticed the battery life draining fast in one day to 2%.  I plugged it in to charge over night.  The next morning it would not power on.  I have tried the cleaning and holding the side buttons down as recommended for trouble shooting with no luck.  I cannot tell if the battery is bad or the devise just died.  I rotate between this and a fitbit flex 2 which is much older.  The flex 2 doesn't hold a charge but for 2 or 3 days but it is still going strong.

Inspire 2 is "dead"  (Sorry, I could not figure out how to edit)

Hi @clcwall If there is no response to trying to restart your Inspire 2, you will need to contact Fitbit Support
