Inspire 2 is losing charge

My Inspire 2 is losing charge at a rapid rate. Won’t make it more than 12 hours

Hi, @DLhyg , unfortunately all rechargeable batteries have a limited number of recharge cycles and the length of time between recharges does get shorter.  It sounds like your Inspire 2, which is now probably a couple of years old, may be coming towards the end of its life.

You may find this help article on how to extend your Fitbit’s battery life useful.  Also do make sure that your Inspire 2 is getting a good charge.  Here is another article that may help which gives some troubleshooting advice for a Fitbit that isn’t charging .

The fitbit Inspire 2 has a defective battery. Mine is less than 2 years and the battery is dead . I was careful with the watch. Maintained good care and it still got spoile Was the watch designed to last a year ? Maybe that disclosure should have been publicly made ! There are cheaper watches that would last longer. No excuse for a product defect !
