Inspire 2 is not recording steps

Hello, I have an Inspire 2 fitbit and it is not tracking my steps. It's been like this for a few weeks. It is fully charged - doesn't track steps.  I have rebooted it and synched with my FitBit app - it still isn't tracking steps.  I have updated the firmware (currently 53.20001.124.76 as of Nov 13th 2022) - it still isn't tracking steps. What more can I do?  Thank you for your help.

Quick update.... I ended up contacting FitBit support via their live chat.  The agent wasn't able to resolve the issue during the chat.  The agent said my case would be reviewed and I should expect an email about warranty options.
