Inspire 2 is not syncing my step for the day

When I try to sync my Inspire 2, the steps go back to a count of 437.  Also, when I sync the watch also goes back to a step count of 437.  I have tried resetting the watch.  I have also unlinked my watch from my FitBit account and then linked it back up.  For some reason, my account is stuck on a count of 437 steps???  Please help, thank you!
