Check if you have Heart Rate turned if Settings or if in Clip Mode is Quick Settings, which turns off heart rate.

Curious that with 4 people reporting this, not one has responded to my suggestion. Wondering if just ignoring it, or checked it and that did not help.

I can't find a clip mode setting in my app and my heart rate is turned on. Last time mine synced was Monday August 22.

Found the solution, scroll to Settings on Inspire 2 and tap it. Scroll to Reboot and tap/hold it for 3 seconds. Good to go!

I took your suggestion no change. My watch seems frozen won't sync at all.

I have reset it both by the clip mode and the setting mod. Neither one changed anything.
