Not lit up or recording at all.

Hi there, @EgretBlanco. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.

If you haven't done so yet, I recommend taking a look at this help article What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? 

Also, I'd suggest making sure that your Fitbit app and Fitbit device are up-to-date.
