Inspire 2 is not tracking my miles peddled

I have never been happy with my Inspire 2. I had an Inspire for about a year and it stopped tracking my bike (peddling suddenly). I complained abd Fitbit offered me a discount on an Inspire 2, it does not track my miles peddled and its been another year.

Hi, @LauraJaneW , I have to say that I am a big fan of the Inspire 2 (except that it is hard to see the screen in bright sunlight - an issue I think will be solved on the Inspire 3’s new colour screen).  Having said that, I don’t think there are any Fitbits that will accurately give you distance on a stationary bike - that just isn’t the way it is designed.

If you are on an outdoor bike, where you actually cover a distance, you should be able to get your distance measured by using the Fitbit “Connected GPS” setting.  Connected GPS uses your Fitbit to detect heart rate, calories, steps, etc, but connects to your phone’s GPS to calculate your distance.  If you stay connected, but your distance seems to be wrong, then it is an issue with your phone GPS.

To find out more about Fitbit’s connected GPS, please see this help article .

I hope this helps!
