For the last couple of weeks, my Inspire 2 has not been accurately tracking my sleep. It will say I woke up sometime between 3:30 and 4:30 AM and just stayed up. This is never true. If I manually adjust the sleep end time on the website, and it updates the sleep data, these times it says I woke up are just randomly in the middle of light or even deep sleep. (Occasionally it doesn't record any sleep at all but more often, it is just really, really wrong about my wake-up time.) It used to work reasonably well. I have not changed anything related to my own behavior.

Hi there, @sneakyburrito. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Inspire 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As a first approach, I suggest resetting your heart rate to make sure your Inspire 2 can measure it accurately in order for your sleep data to also be accurately:
Additionally, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
Nevertheless, keep in mind that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min. For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
