Inspire 2 is not tracking my sleep data

My Inspire 2 is not detecting all my sleep cycle. Last night I went to bed at 12:30 am. My Inspire 2 did not log me as asleep till 5:30am. Any suggestions???

I was in the middle of writing a reply and got sent to a survey 😡

I’ve made a post about not getting any sleep stats, along with everything else at the moment , like not able to sync. Not impressed with Fitbit. I messaged them via Twitter but not heard a thing from them. Do let us know if you get anywhere.

2 days ago there was an outage on the Fitbit site and app and ever since then I've had no sleep stats or heart rate stats.  

 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, have saved my Fitbit Inspire as a new device, I've done every trouble shooting process o can find and still no stats.  

 

Very frustrating.

Do you see the simplified sleep records or none at all?

 

In the meantime, if any of you haven't done so, make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app installed.

I have no sleep, heart rate or zone minutes recording. 

 

As I've said I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  Neither my Fitbit device or the app are recording these details.

I had to go to my account and then to Add a Device. So reinstalled the actual tracker. Reinstalling the app didn’t work but reinstalling the tracker has got it all sorted.

Thank you Juan. All sorted now. I reinstalled the actual tracker, after contacting Fitbit via Twitter and some advice from them there. 👍🏻

@Jessa82 , A warm welcome to the Community and this thread. Could please elaborate on your situation?
Any error message shown? 

Do you see any hear rate recording?
Are the green LEDs on your Fitbit blinking?
What Fitbit are you using?

Do you see any sleep record that you could edit?

If so try adding 1 or 2 minutes at the end of the record, this has helped a lot of other users.
