Inspire 2 is not tracking my sleep data

Hello,

 

A few days ago I got a fitbit inspired 2. 

The first night it tracked my sleep and gave me a sleepscore. But now for 3 nights not anymore. It shows me how much I wake up/sleep restless, but does not see the sleep fases and sleepscore.

I have bought premium, updated the app, wore tight on my wrist, slept more than 3 hours and synchronized it. 

 

I hope someone can help me

Hi there, @Lisaorange. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2 and making sure you're doing everything correctly. 

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading. I know you wear your Inspire 2 tight, but for best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

My Fitbit inspire just randomly stopped tracking my sleep 3 days ago AGAIN and nothing has restarted it ! My old inspire was amazing this one absolutely useless needs a restart every 5/7 days and stops recording and synching ! Currently saving up for an Apple Watch won’t use Fitbit again after this useless tracker ! Customer services keep putting you in a loop that  gets lost once you restart as much use as a chocolate teapot and not fit for purpose ! Basically a rechargeable watch ! And that’s it
