I haven't gotten a sleep score in 6 days. I've cleared the cache and force stopped it but no luck.

Hi there, @D_Greenwalt. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 2 is not tracking your sleep score.
I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.
