Inspire 2 is not tracking my workout accurately

My fitbit doesn't track my entire workout. I walk awhile then run then walk then run.  It only gives me data on last 10 minutes.

Hi there, @KathRoth. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Inspire 2 is not tracking your entire work accurately. I'll do my best to figure out what might be going on. 

While reading your post, I was wondering if you use SmartTrack to record your walks? If so, I'd recommend restarting your Inspire 2. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If you're indeed using SmartTrack, please know that most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature. To start, the default duration settings of your Fitbit Inspire 2 is 15 minutes long. However, you can also choose which activities your device tracks automatically, or change the amount of time needed to record the activity.
