Inspire 2 is not tracking sleep

Been unable to log sleep and track exercise since just after Christmas and losing battery life a lot quicker with having this nearly two years. It won’t track my sleep and consistently says wear your device in bed which I have done so all of the time. I am paying premium and not sure for what now, just the articles and food ideas.

Hi @amandaroo100, it's nice to see you again.

Thanks for the details provided regarding the inconvenience with your sleep log, tracking exercise and losing battery life.

I'd recommend you following these steps, to get your sleep log:

  1. Manually sync the tracker. See instructions in How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the tracker. See instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the tracker on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in How do I change my sleep history?

Let me know please, how do you track your exercise?

Please check the following article in order to prevent battery drain.
