I was given an Inspire 2 for Christmas to replace an Alta I had had for a few years and so far so good but when I snooze the alarm it goes off again after just one minute, not nine. I often want it to snooze for nine minutes on days I don't need to get up, how can I sort this?

It seems no-one has any suggestions. I have tried everything to resolve this and sometimes seem to inadvertently activate water lock. Which then seems to mean I get no reminders to move. How can I get this sorted?
