On May 12th I slept for 3 hrs and 12mins and my sleep score was 76. On May 13th I slept for 9 hrs and 12 mins and my sleep score was 79. Only scored 3 extra points for 6 hrs and 7 mins extra sleep. Why such a low score? I’ve got an Inspire 2.

Mine isn’t even giving me a score. It’s really weird, it doesn’t even seem to be showing that I have it on.

I also had a 3.x hr sleep total on May 12, and I know I got at least 6 hours.
May 13 I slept longer and it is showing no sleep at all. Running Inspire 2 with a Google Pixel 7. App is fully updated and have tried forgetting and repairing.

Hi @Mistyandfrosty @pj3618 @Sylectra. It's nice to see you around the community.
Thanks for sharing your inquiry regarding Sleep score.
Your overall sleep score is a sum of your individual scores in sleep duration, sleep quality, and restoration, for a total score of up to 100. Most people get a score between 72 and 83. Sleep score ranges are:
Duration: Time asleep and awake | How much you slept—the more you sleep, the better your score. |
Quality: Deep & REM sleep | How much time you spent in deep and REM sleep—the more time you spend in these sleep stages, the better your score. |
Restoration: Sleeping heart rate & restlessness | How relaxed you were during sleep—a high sleeping heart rate or too much tossing and turning lowers your score. |
In order to see your sleep score you must see sleep stages.
There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:
Make sure that you've also tried the restart procedure described here and check if you continue to experience the same inconvenience.
