Thanks for letting us know about your tracker.
In addition to what @alexthecat said, if your device is syncing and the time isn't correct, restart your tracker and restart your phone and try syncing again.
Now, the tracker must show the correct time. If it is still not correct, uninstall the app from your phone, reinstall it and log back in and sync again.
