Inspire 2 is too dim in the sunlight

My Fitbit inspire 2 screen is bright in the dark & I can't see it at all in the light. 

 Please help!

Hi there, @rjgurley. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Inspire 2.

Please restart your Inspire 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

If none of the above works, please check if by any chance your Inspire 2 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.

I had this same problem sadly nothing fixes it. Its great indoors but it’s meant to be for fitness which is often outdoors 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:
