Hello @Jclajoie, welcome to the community forums!

If your activity isn't recognized, please change the auto-exercise recognition setting to 15 minutes. For this, please do the following:

- Go to your Fitbit App

- Tap on the "Exercise tile" and then tap on the gear icon at the upper right corner.

- Tap on Outdoor Bike and make sure that it is enabled, then tap on Outdoor Bikes Longer Than and change the time. Make sure to click on "Save" so the changes will be saved.

After that, please restart your Inspire 2 by following the steps here. I also recommend visiting this link to see how you can track your workouts using your Fitbit device: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps!

I also have the setting on 10 minutes. Why is that changing this to 15 could solve the problem?
