Inspire 2 isn't tracking my data

My inspire 2 only shows daily steps, doesn’t log heart rate, sleep or anything else

Hi there, @Shazza730. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.

To better assist you, please confirm if the data missing is from your Inspire 2 itself or the Fitbit app? If the data is not showing up on your Inspire 2, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

However, if the data is on your Inspire 2 but not syncing with the Fitbit app, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I’m having the same issue and restarted my device already. Restarting didn’t cause my Fitbit to start working correctly.

I just changed the clock face and will let you know if this works.
