I’ve have this Fitbit for about a year I believe. I work up this morning and tapped the sides like I always do to see the time and nothing worked. Nothing come on the screen and it didn’t feel like the side touch even registered. I plugged it in the charge even though I had just recently fully charged it and nothing happen then either. It’s just dead. I tried a couple different USB plugs and got the same response. I am not sure what else to do to get it to work again. And suggestions would be very appreciated. The only thing I recently did what change the band to a new black one that came with it.

I have the EXACT same problem and same situation - just got it a year ago, recently charged but tried again anyway. No clue how to address

I am having the same problem. It started yesterday. Like you, it's a year old. No problems with it until now. So annoying

My Fitbit is working again! I saw a comment on another thread about this same or similar issue that said they held the side of the inspire until a smiley face shows up. I tried this this morning while it was still plugged in and now it turns on and seems to be working just fine. Hope this helps. 🤗

This just happened to me. I called fitbit and told them that my device just died. Their response was for me to just "buy a new one." After speaking with several representatives, it is very clear to me that they only warranty the inspire 2 for one year, because it is not designed to last longer than that. So disappointed.
