Hi @nghazaly - did you try to load a clock face? If this didn't succeed it can cause the watch to reboot and not sync. Turn off the phone Bluetooth and see if the watch restarting stops.

The inverse may also help, from the Gallery tile select a different clock face, if the watch can pick this up between reboots, it may stop them.

Lastly, if you can, force a manual reboot [may be with the phone Bluetooth off], from the watch Settings menu do a Shutdown. Wait at least a minute before placing on charge to restart it and charge it.

Lastly remove the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone, logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and for Android clear the storage cache and force stop it. Restart the phone, login to the Fitbit App and click profile photo and then "Set up a Device" and replace.

If your watch stays up long enough it might sort things out.

Hi there, @nghazaly. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.

As a first approach, please restart your Inspire 2 as instructed here. The restart may help with both issues you're experiencing. However, if it doesn't help, please follow @Guy_'s suggestions.

I've moved your post to the Other Inspirer Trackers board for organization purposes.
