Inspire 2 losing blue tooth connection continuously

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I realise there are other threads on this topic, and have tried ALL the solution proposed. However I continue to have to 1. reset my inspire 2 pretty much every time I want it to sync and 2. forget and reconnect bluetooth.

There is clearly a systematic failure in the Inspire 2 so my question is simple to the moderators:

1. do you recognise this is a problem

2. is anything being done to actively find a solution

3. when will the firmware update to correct the problem be issued.

There is clearly substantial frustration for users, and apart from this fundamental failure in design and performance I love my Inspire 2.

Thanks in advance for answering the questions clearly and directly.

Same issue here. Come on Fitbit, what else? I know how to troubleshoot. I've rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, etc. I've found one thing that works, but only for 5 minutes--I disconnect bluetooth, then reconnect, and I can see my heart rate on my iPhone app for a few minutes, then it stops reflecting and I have to disconnect bluetooth again. It shows my resting heart rate, but no ongoing HR. I've been wearing Fitbits for 5 years and I'm about tired of glitches, and ready to try another brand.

This is happening to me too. A few months ago, I was told by customer service that it was an issue with the Fitbit communicating with iPhones, and that once the new firmware was installed the issue would be resolved. I installed the latest firmware version 1.88.11 on my Fitbit, and I still have to reconnect the Bluetooth multiple times throughout the day. It's annoying. I've worn a Fitbit for the last 6 + years and have never encountered issues like this until I purchased the Inspire HR. I've followed every instruction from customer service and your help pages. Still NOTHING! What's the benefit of having a devise that has capabilities that do not work?  I'm ready to ditch Fitbit and buy from another manufacturer.

Encountering the same issues with having to frequently repair my new Inspire 2 due to losing Bluetooth connectivity.  It is frustrating.    I never had this issue with my Alta.
