Hello..my inspire 2 has started losing charge. It used to last a week now suddenly not even a day. Everything else is working.  I just charged it to 100 and 5 mins later in is at 97. I cleaned the charging points and let it die then recharge. Any ideas how to fix this?

Same is happening to me - a while ago it drastically dropped from lasting 7+ days to a charge lasting 1 day. I followed all the recommendations (restart, clean the charging ports etc) and now mine lasts for about 48 hours - still disappointing but mostly manageable)
