Now it no longer syncs with my android phone and trying to follow reset and settings is impossible. Google should spend less time trying to upsell Fitbit services and concentrate on fixing these stupid glitches. Not happy with Fitbit and will ultimately look to go elsewhere to a supplier that cares more about providing a good service and follow up than to increase revenue.

Hey David, I'm also having problems with adding my Gmail account. I was asked to set up "delete options" for my data. I never wanted to delete any data. So I randomly chose 1 week. Now, all my data is gone! I don't want it gone.
