Inspire 2 new brand is not charging

My Inspire 2 is brand new (hasn’t been used) and will not charge.

Hi, @5351 , as the Fitbit Inspire 2 is no longer available new from the official Fitbit store I am guessing you bought your Fitbit elsewhere, and although it may be “new and in package” it is likely to be several years old.  As I am sure you are aware, all rechargeable batteries deteriorate over time, and this is true even if they have never been charged.  So unfortunately your Inspire 2 may not work at all, and also is almost certainly not covered by warranty as I assume it was not purchased from an authorised retailer.
