Inspire 2 no longer vibrates for calls and notifications

Inspire 2 is no longer vibrating for any calls, texts, or any notifications. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Yes me too. It worked when I got it a week ago but after syncing my heart rate up these issues started up. Pls have someone contact me also. Thank you.  Juli

Same issue here…please help. This seems to happen frequently, then starts up again on its own-quite frustrating as I’ve spent hours removing, restarting and reconnecting devices with no luck.

I have the same problem 

Worked fine for 2 weeks then just stoped vibrating for calls and texts!!

I'm having the same problem, too. My fitbit is brand new and this is super frustrating. It worked for the first few days and then today it didn't.

I received this reply from a Fit Bit moderator.  I'm getting the notifications again.  

 

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and recommend doing the following:

 

1. Make sure DND (Do not disturb) and Sleep mode are turned off in quick settings on your tracker. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? 

2. Make sure you set up notifications correctly. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

I had this problem and I had actually turned on Do Not Disturb by mistake ,
the icon is just under the water lock on the inspire 2.
Once I clicked on it and turned it back on everything worked fine.
Hope it's the same for you .
