Inspire 2 not Tracking sleep and Water lock keeps activating

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

In addition to this ridiculous water lock issue, now for the last 5 days it is not tracking my sleep. I have done a reboot (twice). Now what? Basically this just doesn't work. The water lock is on constantly. (No I am not going to loosen it, or wear it high up on my arm as suggested, nor am I going to out the button lock on (rendering it useless for anything else. I was patiently waiting for an update to fix water lock, but now my sleep tracker does not work and that was a main reason I have it. I have had a fitbit for the last 7 years, no real issue until I bought this one.  So frustrating.

@MKBW Hi there. Thank you for sharing your experience with your Inspire 2.

I appreciate the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I see where your frustration is coming from.

I'd like you to double check that your Inspire 2 is set to On Wrist in quick settings and that the Heart Rate setting is turned on in the Settings app. Note that this setting is only available when your tracker is set to On Wrist.

In regards to the water lock feature that keeps activating, it's recommended to follow those tips you mentioned and if you keep experiencing the same, get in touch with our Support team, they'll be happy to continue assisting you.

Hope this helps.

Yes I had to change all my settings and reboot it and it works. The issue is with this water lock coming on all the time and trying to double click and scroll past it it's causing all sorts of problems

@MKBW Thank you for getting back.

Glad to hear that once your settings changed, it worked. Thanks for sharing how you feel about this. For this, it's recommended to turn on the Button lock as it prevents your buttons from activating while your screen is off.

Hope this helps.
