My Inspire 2 is not automatically registering my exercise. I manual turn on the exercise register before my class and turned it off once I finishes. When I get home I check my Fitbit and don't see any activity. I manually add it as an activity and it shows that 70% of the time I'm in the fat burning zone. Why is it not working?

Hi there, @nguyenkh2002. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Please know that most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature. To start, the default duration settings of your Fitbit Inspire 2 is 15 minutes long. However, you can also choose which activities your device tracks automatically, or change the amount of time needed to record the activity. To do so, please follow the next steps:
You can learn more about the SmartTrack feature in this link How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device?
Keep in mind that you can also use the Exercise app to start and stop a workout. For more information, see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
Since you've also tried to manually track and log your exercise I 'd also recommend to restart your Inspire 2 and give it a try later on.
Hope this helps.
