I recently bought an Inspire 2, I got it out of the box, brand new, and I left it to charge before doing the update as the instructions said. I left the watch charging for about 2 hours and it had only charged up to a 60%, I left it for a longer time, but even 8 hours later it still was at a 70%. I never got it to charge up to 100%. Once I started wearing it I notice that it keeps shutting off (it was not waking up to the normal quick pinch on the sides), and in order to turn it back on I have to pinch and hold the sides for a few seconds and a smiley face appears. This causes the device to disconnect from my phone's bluetooth so it is almost impossible to use it with the app, and in general use it because I can't keep track of stats when working out.
Anyone has had an issue like this? If so, how did you fix it?
